Keys to Learning

The Crossdale Keys to Learning are a set of skills or attributes which we try to develop in the children as they progress through our school. They are divided into the six areas shown in the image below.

Each of these areas has a list of subsidiary skills. We use these broad areas and subsidiary skills to discuss the children's learning with them and help them reflect on what they can do to become a more effective learner. We have attached a document below, which details the skills in each area.
