Parents Evenings - Postponed

In order to be  vigilant regarding COVID-19 and the coronavirus, we have taken the decision to postpone our parents evenings this week. South Wolds Academy and other local schools are taking similar measures.

Interim reports will be printed and sent home with pupils over the next day or so and teachers will try to make themselves available for a follow up  phone call within the coming  week to answer any questions parents might have. Please email contact@crossdale.notts.sch.uk to let us know you'd like a follow up call.

We have received the following guidance from the DfE today:

• children should stay at home if they are unwell with a new, continuous cough or a high temperature to avoid spreading infection to others. Otherwise they should attend education or work as normal
• if children become unwell on site with a new, continuous cough or a high temperature they should be sent home.

We have also been asked to ensure children wash their hands for 20 seconds more often than usual with soap and water or hand sanitiser and catch coughs and sneezes in tissues. Please practise this with your children at home.
