Hello, I hope you are well.
This email will include all the information you may need regarding my gymnastics workshops.
These workshops will be exclusive to the pupils of Crossdale and I'm really excited to see the children again and continue to inspire them to get involved in gymnastics and sport.
The workshop will involve a 3 hour session where the children will receive Olympic level coaching and guidance through the following gymnastics skills:
- Handstands
- Hand springs
- Cartwheels
- Forward & backward rolls
- Forwards and backwards walk-overs

1:30PM - 4:30PM
Duration
3 Hours (30 minute break)
There will be a 30 minute break- Please make sure the children bring a water bottle and a light snack for break time - please avoid bringing nut-based snacks due to potential allergy risks, thank you.

15 Spaces per session (First come first serve basis).

Payment will need to be received at least 24hrs before the session date- details will follow in a WhatsApp group to be created.
Bookings
There are limited spaces available, and I will only be able to accept 15 bookings per workshop due to insurance reasons.
