🌼 A trip to the woods 🌳

Wowee, what a fantastic trip the Puffins have had to Rushcliffe Country Park! I certainly had a lovely day, and I hope your little ones have come home saying the same.

We participated in a variety of activities, including pond dipping, den building, and bug hunting. Within these, the children were able to identify species such as newts and centipedes, and explore habitats such as the ones of bats and the ones of bugs. The children demonstrated a love of nature - I think David Attenborough would be proud of us! They showed kindness, listening to the grown-ups who were supporting us (thank you grown-ups!). And, they demonstrated great team-working skills, playing and working together.
