Writing Task: Dear Year Two

Dear lovely Year Two,

It feels strange to be writing to you when I normally see you on a Tuesday but that hasn't happened today and I miss you! I thought I would write to you to see how you are doing, to find out what you have been up to and to see how you have been doing your best 'showing off' of all your learning to your parents at home.

I am so pleased the weather has been fine. We have spent some time out in the garden, have you? We started the day with Joe Wicks' PE lesson and we were all quite out of puff by the time it had finished!!! After that, Henry and I did a bit of an English lesson and some reading. This afternoon has been creative; making Easter pictures and painting our rainbows for the window. Perhaps you have done this as well?

I have most enjoyed reading stories and working through the MyMaths activities with Henry that he has been set. We enjoyed doing some baking but best of all was the bit of exercise we had outside today.
