October half-term homework

Hello all, I hope that you have some nice plans ahead for the half-term holidays.

Today, I gave the children their homework for the October break to help keep those Year 6 brains ticking over! Their homework will be due back in school by Friday 8th November and consists of:

-a maths activity booklet

-a handwriting practice sheet

-a comprehension activity.

I have also sent home the new spelling pack for the next half-term so that the children have that to hand. Reading journals will also be coming home tomorrow with the next activity in. 

The children will also be coming home with a new reading book for them to enjoy over the holiday. I have reminded the children to keep working through those Y6 Challenge Tree books at home.
