KS2 Sci-Tech Vehicle Science Competition

Hi all, 

I shared with the children today the attached powerpoint to introduce the Sci-Tech competition that is being run by Heymann Primary School. The competition will involve creating a self-propelled vehicle that must travel in a straight line. Detailed rules and information is attached to this blog post.

The competition is open to all children in KS2, so the children in Years 3 to 6. Children who wish to enter will create their vehicles at home and then bring them into school during the week beginning 11th July. Teachers will let you know the date for this at Crossdale. We will have a Y3/4 heat and a Y5/6 heat, and will pick one winner from each of these two categories to go on to the final at the West Bridgeford School on the 15th July.
