Brilliant Book Week!

Book week was filled with fun, reading, teamwork and, of course, books! It was kickstarted with Mike the storyteller visiting Crossdale and treating us to several of his amazing stories. We then enjoyed sharing stories with other children in different classes. We took a trip and chose books at Keyworth library. This was the first trip the children had taken, and they were amazing! They all walked sensibly along the road and when we got there, they enjoyed chatting to the librarians and choosing a book each. We also had a fab day dressing up for World Book Day. Puffins had a great book week!
