Residential information

Hello all,

Attached are some important documents regarding the upcoming residential for Base 2.

- Kit list (please use this to help with packing)

- Summary of meeting / itinerary

If you did not attend the meeting, your child will also take home today medical and photo consent forms which need to be returned as soon as possible. Please complete all the medical forms (3 pages) - we require these details to be able to take your child on the residential.

As mentioned in the meeting, if you have any queries or any specific medical notes to bring to our attention, please contact us via the school email address.

Please note: Food menus will be handed out in the near future, so that you can note down your child's food choices for all the residential meals.
