Spring 1 Spellings

Please find attached spellings for Spring 1.

These will be practised at school Mon-Fri and sent home for further practise at the end of the week on Friday - as usual.

The children will have a mini quiz on Monday, which they can bring home and practise the ones that have found most tricky further.  We trialled the quiz on Monday the last few weeks of term and the children found it really useful to get feedback on which spellings they were confident with so that they could practise those they weren't at home.  I will encourage the children to bring their quiz home inside their reading journal.
