reading Review

On the morning of Wednesday 20th November all  parents are invited  to come in to observe the teaching of reading throughout school.

Following this, on the same day, we are holding a drop in session from 3.30- 6pm. Both Mrs Mellor and Mrs Ingle will be reviewing reading skills taught in reception and will answer any questions you may have.

Early reading involves  many skills and techniques which we want to review with you to enable your children to make a flying start to their reading journey.

If child care is difficult we would rather you came with your child than not at all.
